We offer free range, grass fed, Black Angus beef. Our herd have enough space and grass so that they are constantly eating green and nutrient rich grass. We know everything that goes into our beef because everything is sourced directly from the farm. We raise Angus beef on Bermuda grass and native grasses to Oklahoma. Such as: big bluestem, little blue stem, Indian grass, silver beard, red clover, and Johnson grass. We also have a fescue pasture for grazing during the winter months.
We believe "grass fed, grass finished" beef is the most natural and healthiest form of beef. Studies have shown that grass fed, grass finished beef have more health benefits than "grain finished" beef.(1) Such as, higher levels of antioxidants like vitamin A and E, about twice the amount of CLA's (conjugated linoleic acids) (2), which are associated with reduced cancer risk, and a significantly higher amount (almost 5 times) of omega 3 fatty acids compared to grain finished.(3) We believe that our beef is a tender, great tasting, and healthier version.
